TRAINING DESCRIPTION

During this one-day training, the operator’s staff learns how to establish operational procedures and the operator’s system. The operational manual, being a key document of the operator, must always comply with current legislation, and the procedures should be easily executable and tailored to the operator’s tasks.

In this training, you will become acquainted with the structure and content of the operational manual. You will learn how to create an operational manual, and a template for creating operational procedures is also provided as part of the training. This template will assist you in the process of developing your own operational procedures.

TRAINING METHOD

The theoretical part takes place in our training center. Lunch is included in the course fee.

Candidates must be proficient in executing operational procedures in the open category of operation.
